find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

I'm now not looking to inspire this kind of nutrition however I were weight loss program on 2 hundred energy for per week or 2 now, enable your self one night time for a right complete meal, regardless of whether it is one hundred or 2 hundred energy over. Make definite you determine atleast 3 days per week. People differ relating to weight reduction, a few lose or achieve greater than others might at the equal diets. Remember; carbs make you hungry, fibre is main (cleanses insides), and caffeine increases metabolism. Hope I helped.

It depends on how we watch our calories and wieght. right now my father had to eat around 1800 calories, I am now doing it because of my father, and I am trying to lose weight myself. I would suggest to ask your doctor or try to find good website to find those things.
I would say would be good between 1500 to maybe 4000 I am not sure... beside I am kind of new to calories counting.

Multiply your current (or desired) weight by 11.
Identify your activity level--
1.2 if mainly sedentary
1.3 if you're a small bit active
1.4 if you're somewhat active(work in yard, aerobic classes)
1.5 if you exercise a lot or have a hard physical job
multiply that number by 1.1

I would check the USDA web site, they can tell you your answer based on National information. They have some great things their too. You can enter what you did for the day and what you eat and it will tell you how you rate for that day. If you burned extra calories or if you had too many! Its cool check it out.

Use the Daily Calorie Needs Calculator. Based on your age, sex and activity level, it will calculate how many calories you burn per day and give you a good idea of how much to eat.
