im 14, 5' 8" and about 110lbs
I want my legs and stomach to me more toned..and i want my stomach to be flatter.
I already eat pretty healthy. Any ideas of a workout i could try?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Based on the information you said, it appears you are already skinny and maybe underweight. But if you would like some work-outs, then here are some I recommend:

1) Begin by eating foods high in protein. They help build muscle which will lead to better tone

2) Walking at least every other day will help tone the legs especially if you flex the glutes while pushing off the balls of your feet taking steps.

3) For your stomach I think a program based around the core, such as Pilates, will help to flatten. Simple yoga in general will increase muscle tone and flexibility.

4) While sitting down, tightening the stomach then relaxing it will help tone. Also flexing the legs then relaxing them.

Hi: You are at a great weight for your height in fact you are a little on the slim side but you are young. Walking will tone your
legs and believe it or not your tummy will flatten too. Walk about a 1/2 hour each day or break it up and walk a longer time for three days. You will see results in at least three months. You will be
so happy that walking will become very important to you. 5' 8" and 110 WOW. good luck.

wow, it seems to as though you are pretty fit the way you are but if you just want to tone your stomach you should try pilates/yoga. this will elongate your muscles as well as tone them too. Ab workouts are great as well. Drink plenty of water. If you really wanna get some nice abs (6 pac maybe) you could do some aerobics which will really work if you are already fit. I am 14, 5'3 and a half and i weigh 120.....i guess you must feel pretty fit compared to me.....
