Religious teaching is a belief of someone like all other things. Some people belief its alright to cheat of their spouse, some believe its alright to kill, some believe its alright to sit on public toilets even though the have an std. Its all a belief of an individual person. The difference is unless religion is physically hurting someone its fine. Everyone who believes it opts in... unlike the person with stds who just left it for the next lady... Which should be a crime here? Would you rather have people teaching religion that you have to opt into... or yourself or your wife bringing home craps or herpes!

Only for those religions that teach that to kill the unbeliever is God's will. All the rest get to stay.
