I have a soccer game at 10:30 am tomorrow and i always have to get up early to eat so i wont get cramps or a stomach ache during the game. So whats a good thing to eat before playing sports, i know some people are going to say "something nutricious or healthy" but also it needs to wake me up a bit and make me feel like im in the middle of my day, ready to go.

Eat spaghetti or noodles or anything with healthy carbs at around 4:30 for energy. A Snickers bar just before you start warming up might give you an extra boost as well. Make sure its Snickers though, because the chocolate will give you a quick boost, and then the peanuts will give you a long overall boost.

Carbs!! Like pasta...great source of quick energy before you are going to be active...eat some pasta with a little bit of protein about an hour before your game...works for me when I am working out!

pasta. make sure you eat carbohydrates so you have an energy store for the game. Do not drink energy drinks. During the game drink a combo of water and Gatorade.

Banana, apples, and pretzels. They have carbs which give you extra energy.

Don't eat: Oranges, mangos, anything saucy, chips, cheese, milk or eggs. Because during the game they'll make you wanna puke.

Trust me on that one. I know from personal experience
