will a payment made on april 22nd change my credit score by june 4th?

let me clarify. lets assume it would change my credit score .

is this enough time from payment date to get the update to the bureaus? do the bureaus update their scores monthly?

Most creditor report monthly on the date they generate the next bill/statement. I assume you will be billed at least once during the month of May. That would mean any effect of the payment on your score should have time to appear.

This depends on the institution you are paying, some report quarterly but most report monthly. You can ask them when they report but the difference to your score from one payment is miniscule so don't even worry about it.

No. If your credit score is low, a single payment isn't going to raise it.

Now, if the payment is past due, it will already have changed your score.
