There should be a phone number on the back of the card and there is not a default pin number. You have to wait a couple of days, they never send the pin with the card in the mail, because of theft. If someone stold your mail, they could use your card right away because they would know the pin. So in a couple of days, you will be getting a note in the mail with your pin # on it. Wait for it, and then you can change it when you get it to whatever you want.

The PIN number is usually mailed separately for security purposes. It may arrive a few days before or after the actual card. If you don't receive PIN, contact the bank. i recommend walking into a branch. The activation number is usually on a sticker attached to the card. This is usually a different number then the customer service number on the back of the card.

Usually you will receive your pin seperately in the mail in a few days. The number should be on the back of the card or on a sticker that says, call this number to activate your card.

There is no default pin number, but most cards are assigned a pin when they're sent out.

The pin comes separate from your card. On activating your card it varies from bank to bank.

Some banks don't require activation for debit/check card (Mine didn't-which I don't like)

Other methods of activation are
Phone
ATM
IN-person
Web

you must activate your card first by calling the number on the panflets provided with the card, and then they should send you a document with your pin number printed on it in about 2-5 days. I do believe you can speak with someone at this number 1.800.432.1000 to address information about your PIN.
You should browse the source link I have provided.
And as stated by the first girl who answered you- if your card is one you stole, you are SOL because you must have a SSN to access information about a debit card.
