I know it's awkward phrasing, but it's very important it's exact. It was a phrase my fiance, who died recently, and I would say to each other. It's for a tattoo so I want it to be right. Again, it can't just be "I love you forever" or anything... it has to mean "I love you TO forever," almost as if forever is a tangible place.

Please help!

If it can't just be "I love you forever" I suggest in Latin
"SEMPER IN AETERNUM ADAMABO TE"
that's in English "I will always fondly love you forever " or
"I will fondly love you, always and forever".
If it's too long for a tattoo you might shorten into either
"SEMPER TE ADAMABO" that's "I will always fondly love you" or "IN AETERNUM TE ADAMABO" that's "I will fondly love you forever".

Both "in aeternum" and "in aeterno" are correct but I would use "In aeternum" that better translates "forever".

As to above answerer's corrections the preposition "In" agrees in Latin either with accusative and with ablative.
Also, in Latin the verbs are many times at the end of the sentence, but not always...!!
To be Italian (I'm too, as he's...!!) is not a guarantee of being Latin's masters. We aren't Latin mother tongue...!!

Sorry but it's wrong. The Latin wants the verb at the end of the phrase, and 'forever' is an ablative conjugation of Aeternus, so we have:
"In aeterno te amabo", that literally is 'forever you I'll love'.

"Te amabo supra in aeternum". I will love you beyond forever.

My heart goes out to you.

P.S. You could also put "te amabo" at the end.
