I encountered a virus problem and i somehow managed to eliminate it by uninstalling Norton Anti-Virus and reinstalling a Panda Anti-Virus..During that process something was not right. I also uninstalled my Macromedia Coldfusion as i was not using it frequently. During the uninstall process, my pc hanged. I messed up something in the system restore but i managed to uninstall Macromedia Coldfusion and also got rid of the virus (w.32.RONTOK).
Now, whenever i start-up my computer, i get this error : Windows cannot find "'C:\WINDOWS\explorasi.exe\ Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button and then search.

Why is this happening? I guessed i messed something up...i am a user of genuine Windows XP Professional.

explorasi.exe is a weird name as explorasi is a malay word...

My location: Malaysia

Please advise......and thank you for your time in reading my problem...

Thanks a zillion!

Well, here's what I would do. Open up registry editor (REGEDIT.EXE). Search for "exporasi.exe". If you find one or more keys that contains the string, DELETE them. Good luck.

Also, check to see if it is starting up when windows is starting. Sounds like its a spyware bug and trying to load. Start->Run->msconfig...look for anything that is trying to load explorasi.exe
