light&fit yogurt - 60cal
sugar free jelly, no peanut butter
splenda instead of sugar
fat free milk, cottaga cheese
mustard instead of mayo, ketchup and other sauces
salad with vinegar instead of dressings or i like dressing spray (1cal a spray)
cut off all fat and skin of meat before preparing it
eat more veggies
drink water

Drink a lot of water. This will cut calories in two ways. First, everything you drink for the most part has calories. Second, water fills you up so if you drink a lot a water, you will be less hungry.

Ditch artifical sugars. If you drink a lot of soda, switch to diet soda or water. If you eat candy, stop. Avoid fried foods. Fill up on greens instead of meat.
Or if all else fails, just eat 30% less of what you normally eat.

Drinks lots of vodka and smoke lots of cigarettes. They make you lose your appetite for foods with actual calories.

drink only water and nothing else
you can also drink unsweetened green tea which actually helps you lose weight by boosting your metabolism. I lost 6 pounds by doing that. i didn't change anything, just switched from only drinking water to only drinking green tea.
