Whether or not atheists can be spiritual depends very much on the definition of spiritual. If it entails belief in the supernatural or a dualistic soul, then the answer is obviously "no" for atheists with a materialist philosophy (i.e., most Western atheists). But some people--Einstein and Sagan come to mind--understand spiritual in an emotional sense, entailing (for example) wonder, peace, enrapturement, or a sense of oneness.

Everyone alive has a spirit within them thus they also have the ability to grow spiritually. Meditation is a form of exercising spirituality and some methods are done in natural ways without even knowing. Spirituality has nothing to do with religion or believing in god.
But i don't know of any "practices" in this field that they have other than trying to prove their points.

Hmmmm, I find your question a little confusing. I mean, by definition atheists don't believe in the spiritual side of life, so how can then have spiritual practices?
I think when a atheist starts looking for spiritual practices, he or she has taken a step away from being an atheist.

no, they'd be spiritual or something if they believed in some 3rd eye or one consciouness, that wouldn't be a strict atheist, as i saw it. But you can say atheism is believing in no god but some spiritual stuff. or you can even say all who disbelieve your true god are atheists for not believing in him even if they believe in other gods. By this last rationale, only one who believes in all gods is not an atheist. So most christians and others are atheists because they don't believe in at least one of the other gods out there.
If you want a non strict interpretation of spiritualism in non spiritual people, it comes from- discussing politics and life with friends, sky diving, bungee jumping, camping and nature activities, therapy, spa, gym, studying. learning. Instaed of a pilgramige to mecca or jerusalem they'll make thier pilgramage to MIT or Cambridge.

Of course atheists can be spiritual, atheists just don't think there is a God or gods. I personally am not spiritual.

I am a spiritual atheist...spirituality doesn't necessarily mean believing in god. I love to meditate.

None. None whatsoever. There are no spirits, no supernatual, no mystical... and thus no related "practices".
I do *not grasp* at all why an atheist who dismisses God for the same (presumed) reason as for faeries and gnomes would seriously address something *else* spiritual.

I have no supernatural beliefs, so no, I guess I am not spiritual. I am a believer in the human spirit, which conquered disease, built the great cities and put those footprints on the moon.

I think all Human Beings has a spiritual nature; generally, atheists won't acknowledge it but it's there.

I watch things about Nature. Go running. I meditated. I don't know if that qualifies as spiritual?
