unfortunately its not possible - we cant choose which body part to lose the weight off.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Yes you really cant loose from your chest unless you are taking organic pills and stuff just do a medium amount of crunches and pull ups... make sure u also do frog squats
take your upper body and put it 45 degrees in the air then move your knees toward you.
If u want to lose but fat u can do bench presses or just do it that old fasion way and run and work it of

Sometimes I wish that except this should be a helpful guide.
When losing weight, the reduction will usually start from top to bottom.
Head
Chest & Arms
Core
Hips
Inner & Outer Thighs
Calves
So your chest would be the 2nd place where the fat will dissappear

Fat is all over your body, not just your belly and thighs. It is impossible not to lose fat from your chest. Sorry. That's the truth. You can work the muscles across your chest to make them look larger, but the fat will go. Do work your chest and your shoulders to enhance the beauty of your decolte.
