find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

I have finally found a way to get rid of my last few pounds. The older I got, the harder it became. I bought this book: "The Raw Food Detox Diet" by Natalia Rose. I've learned so much about how to combine the right foods. You basically want to eat stuff that your body will get the most nutrition from yet will get rid of quickly. I've been eating fruits and veggies and drinking homemade juices during the day, and eat a healthy meal at night. I even eat chocolate 70% cocoa, or more. I've never had so much energy and I've been able to keep those last pounds off. I don't feel bloated anymore after a meal and my moods have stabilized. I also do exercise videos (Billy Banks' BootCamp Elite Mission 1-3 is great!!) daily. It's been about 2 months now. I've exercised hard and yes, it can be done. I know I sound like a commercial, but get the book. I finally understand food. It's a great burden that's been lifted. This is definitely my new diet, not temporary, but permanent.
Good luck.

Those are unfortunately the last of the subcutaneous fat stores to go for most people. It will not happen in two months. I've had a four pack for over two months now and I'm having the hardest time getting the bottom two packs of the full six pack to show.
