some of you will probably say that God wants us to come to him and he doesnt want anyone to go to hell. but i dont think that is a good answer. even with that answer God still will have created billions upon billions of lives only to then punish them in hell for eternity because they werent good enough. If God creates something that isnt good enough isnt that Gods fault and not ours?

When God created mankind they were "good enough". It was only when they chose to disobey that the requirement for forgiveness or atonement came into play. Those in the Old Testament were given the law to live by as a way to come back to God. Jesus did away with the law when He became the ultimate sacrifice to pave the way for grace in the New Testament.
So it's the same OOOOOOOOOOLLLLLD answer, God doesn't send anyone to hell. Why do you supposed Jesus died on the cross? And have you ever really researched the salvation plan in the New Testament for yourself? Or do you rely on someone else to tell you when you have salvation?
If you want to know for yourself you can read it word for word in Acts Chapter Two. Pay particular attention to verse 38 and 39. Apply that and you are good to go!

Your understanding of hell, life, death, God, God's plan for mankind, and obviously, the Bible, are woefully wanting.

God's Word, the Bible, is the source for truth about all these things.

The popular idea of hell is not biblical. Hell is not a place where God puts people to be punished for all eternity. What awaits those people who will not accept his way of life is eternal death, not eternal life in torment. And it is very unlikely that there will be billions and billions who will receive that reward.

You, like so many others, have fallen prey to the false and non-biblical idea that at the end of this life, either heaven or hell awaits us. However, the Bible teaches quite another scenario.

In this age, only a very few people have come to know God and his Ways in truth; very, very few. It is only these people who are judged now. It is only these people who will be offered eternal life with God at the coming of Jesus Christ. The vast majority of people of the world (past, present or future), have never known the true God, Jesus Christ or his Ways.

But just because they die, does not mean they're written off from salvation. I'm sure you've at least heard of the resurrection of the dead, but I'm also as sure that you do not know what the Bible teaches about it.

Those who are raised to life at the coming of Jesus are only the FIRSTFRUITS of God's harvest. Read in Revelation 20:5-6; this is only the FIRST resurrection. The second resurrection, of all those who have not known God, the Bible and Jesus in this life will be resurrected for judgment at the END of the 1000 year reign of Jesus Christ.

It will be at THAT time, at the end of the 1000 years, that the vast majority of mankind will be taught the truth about God, and THEN they will be judged. It will only be THEN that they will be offered salvation for the very first time!

So, your reason for disliking the answer that God doesn't want anyone to go to hell, falls apart through a fuller and biblical understanding. It is the only answer; no other is the truth. The Bible is clear on these things, for those who really want to know the truth. The myths of men lead only to confusion and hopelessness -- like the confusion and hopelessness your question implies.

As for the part of your question that implies that God could create "something that isn't good enough" --
when God created Lucifer, an angel of great power, he created him PERFECT! And that's as good as can be created. Yet, the angels have free will, just as we do. And Lucifer was corrupted by his own thoughts of vanity. He then turned against God and the Way of life -- hence, his name was also changed to 'Adversary', which is the meaning of 'Satan'.

Similarly, when God created Adam and Eve, he said that they were "very good." God does not create imperfection, or flaws. God's workmanship is perfect,... ALWAYS.

You are a silly muppet.
Didn't you know ? God can do no evil. But He surenuff must have created the stuff. He brought every thing into being, and I mean everything you can think of. That ain't half a lot.
The trouble with the Christian God is you can never have a good laugh in His House. If He is the one true God, I bet has headaches being God of all the other religions too.

Mind you, He had spent a lot of R&R whith non speaking animals. Then He put his foot right in it by creating the HUMEN Being. Wrong move God. You're stuck with Us until we destroy this beautiful World You loaned Us.

God bless you all!

The fact that events do happen is how God has foreknowledge of them.

And there would be no actual free will if God didn't allow those events and choices to take place.

On some of the really deep mysterious questions (like the one you've posed), sometimes we have to make guesses...conjecture...unless the Bible is really clear on the matter. In our opinion, the Bible is not really clear on this subject, so we give you an answer with the qualification that...it's conjecture.

However, what we can say with certainty is that God can be trusted. And maybe that's the central issue. Even if we don't understand everything, has He given us enough evidence to know we can trust Him? Trust His character?

Yes. God evidenced His trustworthy character through Jesus Christ. God took on the likeness of humans, and then allowed Himself to be tortured and killed...on our behalf. He did this so that we could be forgiven of sins, so we wouldn't have to die for our own sins. This act--Jesus, the Son of God, paying for our sins--shows that God cares.

Then God took it a step further. After Jesus died by crucifixion and was buried, He rose from the dead three days later, just as He said He would. Death is not a problem for God. God is in control. Out of His love for us, Jesus died for our sins. And in display of His power and control, He rose from the dead. He will always accomplish His word.

God cares, and God is in control. We must realize these two essentials when we consider the great mysteries of life.

I heard through the grape-vine that a preacher quit the ministry because he couldn't understand why a loving God would send anybody to hell. I sometime have difficulty with this thought. But if we could only realized of how wicked and sinful we are before an holy and righteous God, than we might understand this question.

Lets get to one misunderstanding you said at a time okay, first God did NOT create robots He made folks with a choice, even satan had a choice in Isaiah 14:12-15 we see satan has/had a "i" problem and when He was kicked out of Heaven satan came to earth and "if' mankind had stuck to God's command no human would ever die but when they sinned they as it were pulled the plug on life, for the wadges [the natural results] of sin is to die, but God in John 3:16 said For God [The Father] "SO" Loved you that He gave [Jesus the second member of the Godhead gave Himself] that WHOSOEVER should BE-LIVE in Him should NOT perish but have everlasting life. We have a choice but God does not force, and read what the holy bible said about Hell, in Rev.20:6 talks about the second DEATH, you see the "EFFECTS" of Hell is forever NOT the burning, the wadges of sin is eternal death [Rom 6:23] the eternal part of the bible again is the effects of hell, it says punishment the word punishing is not even in the bible. no sin is NOT God's fault but He has taken the responsibility and God will save everyone who chooses to live up to the conditions of life but like the first time in Noah's time in Gen.6 not everyone will accept but He can only offer HE DOES NOT force. The whole point is that God did create us good enough, and we rejected Him. He knew it was going to happen, and it was His intention that it happen. God created man so that there would be a creature that could know the full measure of His grace. The angels can know His love, the demons His wrath, all can know His justice, but only human beings will ever know His grace. In order for us to come to this knowledge, He had to create a being just a little lower than the angels (humans at creation), let them fall into the deepest, darkest pit of sin of their own choice (began at the Fall and continues to this day), then, for no reason but love, redeem these beings from sin (accomplished through Jesus' death) and elevate them beyond where they began (accomplished through Jesus' resurrection). God bears no fault for knowing what our choice would be because it was OUR choice to sin, as it is every day. God gives everyone one choice a day, the same choice every day: choose you this day whom you will serve. Knowing what choice everyone is going to make does not absolve the choice-maker of their responsiblity for making the choice.

it is an exceedingly enormous reason that I grew to alter into an atheist. A god who forces human beings into existence even while he's acquainted with on the initiating of time that they are doomed to hell is a Cosmic Psychopath who merits to burn in his very own hell. And the undeniable fact that some insecure religious nut is going to grant this a thumbs down potential i might desire to be so lots extra vicious in renouncing Christianity interior the destiny.

First of all. any attempt to "understand" GOD is impossible, if you are able to understand GOD actions, you are GOD
Now, lets leave those childish Heaven & Hell images.
If you are in the desert, thirsty, and you find water, all you can do is to drink, as much as you can, and if you have appliance, you can take something with you.
The same is Heaven and Hell, in the terms of light, GOD is always willing to give, but you should make yourself a tool for GOD light, by being better person, by respecting others, by giving instead of taking
if you are full of your EGO, GOD bless can not came in, so, if you are thirsty, and think that GOD does not care, I suggest that you check carefully if you didn't put an umbrella above your head, because, GOD bless is always there, and is always willing to give ....
