People believe lots of funny stuff. They believe in psychics, witches, elves, ghosts, angels, demons, time-travel, extra-terrestrial kidnappers, magic, crystals, tarot cards, sin, giant man-eating squids, destiny, fairies, spirits, souls, numerology, astrology, palmistry, tea leaves, ouija boards, heaven, hell, re-incarnation, astral-projection, ESP, and vampires.
So what? People will obviously believe almost ANYTHING if you're convincing enough. This doesn't mean you have to be sucked in and believe it too.

Well, in today's world it is totally normal or not a sin to live together. Now back in the day when a man came into a woman (had sex) they were married, but that was when they were pure (virgins). Now in today's world you can hardly find a least on virgin in a relationship. So to sum this up, Yes it is a sin if you are not virgin and have not repented for it and do not have the same intention of ''Till Death Do Us Part '' with no option for divorce.

Last time I check, Tennessee was still part of America. Just because he has a child with someone else doesn't mean he can't move on with his life and if that includes living with you in sin then he can do that. It's not a very good example you are setting for the kid but then I guess he never has set a good example for him in the first place.

Nobody ever told me that I could live in my house for a year or two before I decided I wanted to make the commitment and buy it.
Even when I buy a pair of jeans, I expect them to be good jeans. I don't take them back because I suddenly decide I don't like the color.
But jeans and houses are both material objects. My house will not get it's feelings hurt if I decide to sell it and buy a different house. If I do decide to take my jeans back, there won't be any little pairs of shorts crying because their Momma left them.
People, on the other hand, should not be returnable commodities.
As my Dad would have said...sh#t or get off the pot!!

Yes.
Since the definition of sin has not changed, then having any sexual relationship outside of the man-woman relationship within marriage is sin.
And you need to change 'in these modern days' to, "in this Post-Modern Age".
Additionally, if society were to generally accept infanticide for babies born with, say, Downs Syndrome, would that still be a sin? Society does not determine what a sin is; God does. Society can determine what a crime is.

No, not at all. In the Bible when it condones such a thing, that was in the old testament, which Jesus free us from when He came to earth.
Jn.1:17 - For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
Gal.3:13a Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law.
Rom.8:2 -The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath ma de me free from the law of sin and death.
Now there is only one law, or two.
Mat.22:37-40 - Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang ALL THE LAW and the prophets.
In other words... if it's done in love, its all good.

Depends on who you ask. Depends on how they were raised. You cannot put "people" into such a big category because noone is to speak for everyone. Nowadays, more things are becoming acceptable so I think that it would be hard to find a large group of people that believe in that still. Interracial and gay couples are becoming more common. Why not unmarried ones habitating together?

Yes, living together has been more and more accepted as the norm. I did it, and I am thankful that I did. It is a good thing that I am an atheist, and not have to worry about sin and gods.

I don't know where in the bible it says Living together is as sin. Does it say that?
I think the point is that when you live with your future spouse it can create a problem where you are tempted to have sex with them before marriage which is a sin in the bible.

I believe it to be yes. The bible talks about premarital sex as a sin therefore living together, co-habitating or whatever you want to call it is living in sin. Anything other than a marriage sanctified and put together by the Lord is a sin. My own personal belief and opinion.
