Number one bad thing i think people eat is refined sugar and corn syrup.

I think you can follow this general rule, the closer it is to something found in nature, the healthier it is. Fruit, nuts, vegetables - anything raw - VERY healthy. Fish, eggs, whole grains - still pretty healthy. Refined, processed, stuff (sugar, bleached flour) - NOT healthy, synthetic? (trans fats, chemicals) - AVOID!

P.S. most milk and dairy stuff really falls into that processed/refined category these days.

Anything high in sugar, greasy, fried, or that comes out of a box (like pastas, soups, rice-a-roni...) Cook with fresh foods and meat for healthy results...

things like french fries at fast food restaurants.
Pretty much and thing thats deep fried...
Pork rinds....
I think pork is high in cholesterol...
Like limit yourself to how much bacon you eat and
when you purchase your ground beef get the lean ground beef... eat more turkey.. I think its the healthier choice..
ground turkey...deli sliced turkey for sandwiches...
Don't do too much dairy because that can be high in cholesterol as well... Say like when oyu purchase pasta.. get the brand "No Yolks" This pasta is make using only the egg whites which make it a healthier choice.
Try some soy milk... I didn't think I'l like it either, but it's good, try the chocolate first...
hope this helps you some..

this can be a loaded question in that no one really knows what is healthy for YOU to eat. Everyone is different we are all snowflakes. So the best answer is eat what you enjoy BUT keep it moderate. Too much of anything can be bad.

It depends on the person. For most people, foods that are extremely high in cholesterol & saturated fats should be avoided. For newborn babies, honey, fish, and any solids are bad. For people with peanut allergies, just the fumes from peanuts can be deadly. For diabetics: sugar can be a beast.

Anything that has excessive amounts of fat, sugars, starches, cholesterol or calories aren't healthy for you. They are ok once in a while, so don't think that you can't eat them at all.
