I really like a flavored rice, and a veggie like asparagus. I don't know why, they just go together.

I like to do a stir-fry veg when I have shrimp. Nothing overpowering.
Pea pods or sugar snap peas, sliced mushrooms and sliced radishes (for color.. and flavor.)
Use sesame oil and a dash of soy sauce in the wok or frying pan.

I love to fix shrimp kabobs - just shrimp & mushrooms on the skewer. Served with a nice thick cut rib-eye, loaded baked potato & of course homemade garlic bread......Yummy!!

In the south, it's very common to put the shrimp in a creole sauce and server over creamy grits. I've had it and it was delicious.
