Yes we do, for books , movies,stories...

Hello.

We have some rules for references in case of Books, Movies and Songs.

For example, we close with quotation marks the title of a book, the text of a translation, the text of a reference, etc.

If you want to mention titles of books, movies, etc. yes, we normally put them in quotation marks.
