Unfortunately, drugs seem to have a bigger hold of her and are more important to her right now.

I refused to date anyone who smoked pot. It is not worth it. As you can see, it ruins lives. My uncle smoked it and he himself says it ruined his brain cells.

Here is more about it: Though some doctors and patients suggest marijuana has a legitimate use, the United States government disagrees. Federal law recognizes marijuana as a Schedule I drug, which classifies it as one of "the most dangerous drugs that have no recognized medical use." If law-enforcement officers find you with the drug in your possession, the penalty can range from a small fine to a prison sentence.

Along with the legal implications, smoking marijuana poses several health risks, including:

Impairment of thinking, problem-solving skills and memory
Reduced balance and coordination
Increased risk of heart attack
Heightened risk of chronic cough and respiratory infections
Potential for hallucinations and withdrawal symptoms
Also, marijuana smoke contains 50 percent to 70 percent more carcinogenic hydrocarbons than does tobacco smoke and has the potential to cause cancer of the lungs and respiratory tract. Marijuana smoke is commonly inhaled deeper and held longer than is tobacco smoke, increasing the lungs' exposure to carcinogens.

How it works
When smoked or ingested, THC and other cannabinoids in marijuana attach to two types of receptors on cells in your body — like keys in a lock — affecting the cells, once attached.

CB1 is one such receptor. CB1 receptors are found mainly in your brain, especially in areas that control body movement, memory and vomiting. This helps explain why marijuana use affects balance and coordination and impairs short-term memory and learning, and why it can be useful in treating nausea, pain and loss of appetite.

The other type of receptor, CB2, is found in small numbers elsewhere in your body, mainly in tissue of the immune system, such as your spleen and lymph nodes. The function of these receptors is not well understood. They may serve as brakes on immune system function, which may help explain why marijuana suppresses your immune system.

After you smoke marijuana, its ingredients reach their peak levels in your body within minutes, and effects can last up to an hour and a half. When eaten — the plant is sometimes mixed with food — the ingredients can take several hours to reach their peak levels in your body, and their effects may last for hours.

The prescription drug dronabinol, which is taken as an oral capsule, takes effect in about 30 minutes and can continue to stimulate appetite for more than a day.

You cannot make her stop. You can be her friend. You can encourage her to get help. You can give her the information about what it does to your body. Unfortunately, You cannot make her stop. If she gets caught, she could go to jail. THat may make her stop. It may be the thing she needs.

She isn't the person who you thought she was. She has changed. She has got hooked in with the wrong crowd. You can pray for her. I will say some prayers too. Best wishes to you. It is up to you to wait for her or not. Don't waste too much time waiting when you can find someone else who may want you on many other levels. Remember, you cannot help someone who doesn't want your help.

She needs help and don't blame her for not thinking of you or missing you, she is high and smoking pot so forgive her she is losing brain cells by the minute. But if you really love her and think she needs you get an intervention started with all the people you care for her and then she will know how much you love her.Good Luck and never give up on someone you love cause she is losing something and does not have control of it but you are in your right mind.

You can ask her why she's smoking.
She will have a reason, but in every relationship, people have 2 give each other some space.
Everybody need some territory of his/her own.
If You can't accept her smoking, well then Your love was not true.
Sorry to say.

Awwww! Sorry to hear it! She is clouded by all the pot shes been smoking, and unfortunately, unless she chooses another crowd, or decides to quit it, you may never have her back. It will be hard, but you can either fight for her or move on.

Women can get under your skin like that man but time really is a great healer and you'll eventually find someone as good as you think she is, if not better. Patience fella

You did the right thing by breaking up with her. It sounds like she does not care. Stop calling her and move on. She will wake up one day and realize what she is really missing. You deserve better. Good luck!

Sounds like you need someone to do things for you that she can not do. There are plenty of fish in the sea. Find another.
