thats not really losing weight. you temproarly lose water in your body(lots of sweat) and a weeee bit of fat. but i heard its healthy to sweat once in a while.

No. The vinyl suit makes you sweat, so you lose weight by losing water, not fat. You could become dehydrated.

very unhealthy, just water lost, bad for kidneys, when working out main thing is to keep hydrated, don't worry about scale, muscle is denser and heavier than fat, when start working out may even see scale weight increase, but may show clothes fitting looser, cause % body fat decreasing while % muscle mass increasing, so after increase in muscle mass (good sign), so go more how ur clothes fit than scale, since muscle denser, clothes will fit looser, but may show even increase on scale

it's a very foolish thing to do. it has no effect on fat loss and only causes temporary dehydration
