I find that Selsun Blue is much more effective than Head and Shoulders.
Often dandruff occurs because you have oily hair (the scalp overcompensates and dries up, creating flakes), so washing it frequently will help.
For tonight, brush your hair really well to get flakes out, then wash your hair very well in the shower (use the Selsun Blue if you have time to buy it). When you style your hair, make sure that no flakes are showing. Do not scratch your head, because it will loosen flakes and make them visible. Any flakes that form will stay close to your scalp and not move to the top of your hair unless YOU move them.
I hope I helped! Have fun with your friends!

Dandruff is one of the major disorders of the scalp.Poor hygiene, improper diet ,sluggish condition of the scalp caused by poor blood circulation are the main causes of dandruff. A herbal rinse is a safe method of removing dandruff. Apply lemon juice with the rind on the scalp .After 5 minutes wash off with shampoo and water. I don't know what to tell you about tonight, But if you go to a health food store look for TEA TREE OIL. My husband has REALLY BAD dandruff too. We'll get that Tea Tree Oil and add a 1\4 of a bottle of T. T. Oil to his bottle of Head and Shoulder's and it make a big difference. you can rarely see any flakes. hope that will help you later. if you use the Tea Tree Oil regularly it will lessen the appearance of flakes.

Buy a head lice comb and run it very lightly through your hair without touching the scalp so as not to create more - you can get rid of the majority of it that way!! Good luck!

make time to wash your hair with dandruff shampoo, then moisturize your hair and scalp, and try not to scratch your head nor pass your fingers through it.
