the main factor that affecting the current produced is the magnetic field CHANGES on the surface.

and basically there are 3 factors that affecting the magnetic field changes:
1. the field strength
2. the number of loops
3. the rotation speed (where the direction and elevation is PERPENDICULAR to the field )

*imagin the wire cut through the field

so the answers for your questions :
1. current produced increased
2. current produced decreased
3. current produced decreased

I agree with Sean above except that for the third situation, NO current will be produced.
