how do i recover deleted items in outlook 2007?

I need major help. I accidentally lost all my phone contacts on my treo after i synced it in outlook. The only way i can think of recovering it (other than manually entering all 500 numbers) is to find a find to recover the contacts that i deleted in the deleted items folder. I thought i wouldnt need it so i cleaned out the deleted items. i was wrong and i need to find a way to recover the contacts i deleted. I deleted them yesterday so its not even 24 hours since its been deleted. Please please help, i greatly appreciate it.

There still may be a copy of the .pst file in your Outlook folder. Do a search for all .pst files. Look for one named archive.pst or backup.pst dated the day you deleted the folder contents. If you find it, you can recover it with the FILE/IMPORT command.

This is a long shot.

attempt to undo use ctrl and z to undo if out look continues to be working or it may be on your trash can in the experience that your fortunate bypass in on your trash can and left click a fix the folder lower back
