No, no, 1st base is kissing, 2nd Base is feeling above waist and making out, 3rd Base is feeling below waist and 4th Base or Home Run is sex.

1st base is generally: holding hands, small, close-mouthed kisses, hugs & general closeness.
2nd Base is: Making out, maybe idle touching, Basically, 1st base items with more intensity.
3rd Base is: clothes comming off, "heavy petting" other acts of pleasure that do not include sex.
Home run is, of course, sex.
Everyone will probably have a diffrent answer. There's no real "Bible" answer to the definitions of the "bases" :)

Basically your friend is saying they kissed for the first time.
For most people when this was made up many decades ago
1st base was kissing/making out
2nd base was touching caressing etc
3rd base was for some oral sex and generally heavy petting and well clothes off.
and of course Home Run was sexual intercourse or all of them combined if you know what I mean!

They had intimate contact (sex) First base they may have toched below the belt. Second base they were partially naked and in a sexual position. Third base they had a VERY intimate sexual contact. Home run they slept together.
First, second and third base vary per couple. This was just a type of guidline.
