This document tries to expose the results of an investigation developed in mexico city since September 11th. 2007, and is intended to contribute to establish the most convenient criteria for those who are involved.

There are some other works about this theme like “abortion & society”, which was made in England en 2001. it was made for the >Cambridge University. It was focused to the city of London and its results were not as good as they expected.

I will try to help. Remember, these are only suggestions, and are intended to be taken that way.

1.) Are we foraying into the future now? As far as I know, September 11, 2007 hasn't rolled around yet. Is the date correct? Does the document try to expose, or does it expose? If it does the latter, then eliminate the word "tries." Also, the entire structure of this sentence is awkward. It would flow much smoother if you said something like this:

This document reveals the results of a continuing investigation begun in Mexico City on September 11, 2007, and is intended to help establish convenient criteria for those involved.

2.) This sentence reads rather awkwardly also. Try this:

Other works, like "Abortion and Society," made in England in 2001, deal with the same theme. It was made for Cambridge University, and focused on the city of London. However, it produced disappointing results.
