no...Esther it's not a spell or a chant...the Image of the Divine Mercy, underneath it is the sentence "Jesus I trust in you"...so if you dont have time to do the rosery you can just say that, me i like to say it 3 times but you dont have to.

to Esther, I dont see the point of being sarcastic...or you do it or you dont, or you beleive in it or you dont...some stuff are true wether you beleive in them or not. i'm not forcing anyone to do it, i was just asking if anyone did it.

Hi Shlane, just seen this post and thought I would give answer to it, I am Catholic too and the Divine Mercy has been very important to me and will always`s be, I have been blest to have participated in the Feast of Divine Mercy at my Cathedral for some years now by leading the chaplet and the rosary afterwards.
It is such a powerful prayer for conversions and it is such a pity that many still have not heard of it.
I have one of the early printed books of Sr. Faustina`s diary and I treasure it.
Lovely to hear that you are a devotee of the Divine Mercy too.
God bless and keep you alway`s in His loving mercy.

this question was obviously meant for Christians . It was tactfully worded not snide in any way . And it is apparent that it was not case of pushing anything on anybody . Esther knew exactly what it was and that is exactly why she zoomed in on it . Just another case of rudeness with the aim of trying to push the atheist religion on Christians by bashing.

This sounds like some sort of chant or superstition. How odd. Why wait until three and why say it three times.

Hm. Oh, I'm sorry. How obvious. This is a Catholic ritual.

I didn't do that, but I did check to see which particular babe was on The Weather Channel.

My Jesus is available anytime and I don't need a rosary, or a proclamation to talk to Him.
