Perhaps it is what you make of it. Addiction has many faces. We might want to say it's a matter of perception of how one wants to see / experience themselves. An addiction person to R&S might be one who is weak in mind, having the need of information / reflection in order to experience his / her self. It's what one does with the information that will decide if R&S is addictive. It's also possible to use R&S as a mere factor of observation rather than addiction to questions / fears etc.

Never had mono. But yes, I think I had a low fever last night and kinda blah feeling today... maybe lack of sleep... I am about to be free... Taking Vit C. lol.
