It's not that they don't care, if they loved you OF COURSE they care. If they loved you, you're about as precious as their car and if their car got totalled we all know what a tragedy it would be. It's their pride that gets in the way, and they're friends saying "COME ON MAN, IT'S JUST A CHICK, PLENTY OF MORE OUT THERE" because men are simple and piggish that way. Not all guys are bad, a lot of them will come begging for forgiveness after they realize it was a mistake dumping you or w/e he did.

Not true. I hurt the one I love. And by doing so I hurt my self more than I hurt her. I fought all I could to make things better, to show her that I love her and that I'd do anything to take it back. She's the one who doesn't care anymore, who isn't trying. I still hurt.

Because they know we will wait around for them and no matter what they do we will always be there. Guys will do what they can get away with, but the second you move on.. he will come running back. I have been through the whole taking a 'break' thing twice and every time it was the second i started to move on that he wanted something to do with me again, but the more i called him or bugged him the less he wanted me then..

Honey, nobody hearts someone if he/she trully loves him/her. Men and women are not that different, they may think a little different but in bottom line they behave about the same. You answer your one question, how is it possible to love someone and hurt him and not care if you loose him? The aswer is so simple.. U DON'T LOVE HIM/HER!!! Love is not words, is actions!
