You can download a programme called Audiograbber from www.audiograbber.com Start Audograbber and under file select line in sampling. Start off with the volume fairly low and adjust till the recording levels are OK just to test. Then simply record to your computer. If you wish to convert to MP3 you will need an encoder, the instructions for downloading this are in Audiograbber. Hope this helps

Microsft Windows has its own WMA Recording Software, however, I believe this open source software is most powerful freeware so far.
This Software had just replaced Microsoft one in my Church computer which is used for recording Sunday sermon Audio few months ago, the feature is rich and user interface is very user-friendly.
