Help me please........haircut?

i have curly/wavy hair(more of a curly) and its very long,black.i want to have bangs but dont know what type.can you tell me what exactly i should ask the salon lady to do with my hair.pictures would be nice and when i said what should i tell her i mean side bangs,short,e.tc.........one more thing i dont want it too short.

pictures... not short thanks.........ia m going to get my haircut tommorow(22)

ask to get it down to midcheek...and fringes are sopposed to be on emo people, google image "emo fringe"
