its different in every state....in my state of missouri....i believe it is 6 to 8 points on your license and a big fine tagged with court costs....insurance hikes.....your gonna end payin alot....i would figure to start 400 to the courts....and insurance hikes of 50 to 100 on your premium....good luck man....

Neighbor just got hit with 2 DUI's in a year. He wound up putting in 10 months in jail.
So, it cost him a fortune with lawyers to boot. It isn't worth it anymore. Call a cab, or a party bus. good luck.
