I'm 17 years old and I weigh 140 lbs. and I'm trying to lose at least 25 lbs. I'm hoping that my breast size will go down as well. Will there be the dramatic difference I'm hoping for? I kind of have too much of a good thing. Thanks.

Yes, they will get smaller. It's basically fat that makes every part of your body bigger.

Think about it. The women who are Olympic runners are skinny and have small breasts. Women who weigh more have bigger breasts.

It changes from person to person though. Some meatier people have breasts on the smaller side and some skinner people have breasts on the larger side. So it likely won't be as dramatic a difference as the reduction in size of, say, waistline, but it will be there.

Unless you are REALLY short.....25 lbs. is WAY too much weight to lose. I mean you would would have to be 4'9" for 115 lbs. to be normal.

There is no guarantee your breast will get smaller. If you are overweight, you will probably lose a little bit, but there is no way to pick and choose where the weight comes off. And no exercises will make them smaller.

We always want what we can't have. Those with bigger breasts want smaller ones and those with smaller breasts would sell their souls for implants.

I really don't know. It depends on so many things like how your body stores and loses fat, your genes, what type of exercising you are doing. Some woman do lose the breast size and others don't. Like my sister doesn't and I do. So I say if you want to try to lose some size then target that particular area doing weights in the pectorial area and see if it helps. There are no guarantees since everyone is unique. So it is trial and error. There really is nothing short of having breast reduction surgery if you are looking to shrink them. Good luck.

I am currently losing weight and have lost about 20lbs so far. I have lost 2 inches off my breasts, which were kind of large. Chances are it will come off a little from everywhere, but it really depends on your shape. If you lose enough, you will lose breast fat too.

I lost 20 lbs of fat hoping mine would get smaller (C cup) but they didn't. Even if they get smaller, it won't be anything like a whole cup size. That's the bad news.

The good news is that when you're skinnier or toned they look much nicer on your body.

Yes, your breasts will more then likely get smaller if you lose that much weight...

It depends on if you are on medication, such as birth control or hormone therapy. I lost 27 pounds and my chest size did not change.

If you are not on any medication, you probably will lose weight in your chest.
