I am sure you know losing weight superfast only means you'll get back twice as much afterwards. I also know that even though you've heard that, you think you'll keep it off, like I did, but I found out the hard way that I was wrong. However, I know that if you have made up your mind to lose the weight, you will, no matter what I say about losing slowly. So, at least keep in mind this: you MUST combine any diet with EXERCISE in order for burning more calories and in order to burn fat and not get it back. You don't need money for a gym or anything. Start running. Get out in the street or park or even up and down the stairs in your house, and keep running for as long as you can. Your goal must be to run for 30 minutes. In addition to that, do some abs, stretches, pilates, callanetics or any other program you can easily find on DVD.
And eat many small meals. No fat, no fast food, no alcohol, no fried things, no white bread, no sweets, no pizza, no cheese.
Yes to salads, fruits, boiled chicken, brown rice, fish, egg whites, vegetables.

I'm not sure why you feel a need to loose weight fast. A healthier goal would be to loose your excess weight *permanently* Crash diets almost always end in weight gain as soon as you stop dieting.
You don't need a gym to excersize; go for walks or do cardio right in your neighborhood! Eat well and only eat when you are actually hungry. Don't worry about what other people think, or an arbitrary number of pounds you "should" weigh; worry about being healthy and taking care of yourself!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

burn more calories that you intake.
simple.
eat healthy and exercise. this might not be the fast plan but it will stimulate your metabolism and you will keep the weight off.
also... dont eat 4-6 hours before you go to bed.
and drink water. it is a natural appetite suppresant.
furthermore ... take a b-vitamin complex pill and follow the manufacturers recs on that ... this will give you natural energy so that you dont have to do the caffiene route.. im a college student.. trust me ... it works

When boredom, depression, or maybe stress causes cravings, find a nonfood way to meet up with them such as going for a walk, calling a friend, getting a bath, reading a book, or doing some yoga.
