Hi, I go to gym 7 days a week. I usually do cardio for 1 hour and 35 minutes and abs exercise. I do not do weight lifting.

Is this bad?

No it is fine. weight lifting will help build upper body muscle. the other that you are currently doing is great for losing weight and toning. if you are concerned about your arms or pecs then go ahead and try some repetitions with a low weight. like 3 sets of 10 curls with 3 to 5 pounds.

So you're doing cardio and abs 7 days a week- hmmm- this is alot of cardio and abs! Are you on a weight loss program? The cardio is for weight loss and working your abs daily is alot.
Your body needs some variety, I'm guessing that you do your cardio the same way every day, and your abs the same way? This is a long time to perform the cardio too. When the cardio is done the same way day after day you will eventually either get "burned out" or get injuries from "overuse." Can I suggest that you change up your cardio and give yourself several days off somewhere so your body can rest and recover?
Adding some weight training into your routine would be good for you too. You could take the days that you aren't doing your cardio, and do some full body weight training, I think you would like the results.
For instance, you could do cardio (alternating which kind-even if you don't like it lol) Mon. Wed. Fri. & Sat. and weight training Tues. & Thurs. with Sunday off from all to rest.

you should do some weights a few days a week. every other day for best results. ask at the gym.
