Try oil from sea-buckthorn berries to put on the skin. It might be a little hard to come across but we use it back in Russia all the time for just about any kinds of burns. It eases the pain somewhat and the skin heals faster. It might not be the best medicine out there but that's all I know of for this kind of situation. Might not be too helpful but sure as heck more helpful than any of the previous posters.

Hopefully you put you hand in a bowl of ice water immediately. For aftercare and pain, get Emu Oil (available at any health food store). Put that on the burn area as often as needed. It will immediately help the pain of the burn, and heal very quickly. (I am assuming this is a mild burn and nothing truly serious, if you think it is a third degree burn, or see any sign of infection, you must see your doctor asap).

Make sure you let it cool for a while until the bottom of the dinner isn't hot anymore. Or what you could do is, let it sit in the fridge for 1 minute and thirty seconds, and it will be about just right.
