I've got a new billiards rack I invented and manufactured. How do I find a list of people that own pool tables at home?

You probably can't (other than through inefficient mass marketing). You might do better to market your product through pool table retailers.

Best wishes and good luck.

P.S. If your product is truly unique (especially if it is unusual), you may be able to get a lot of free publicity through the media. Send new releases about your product to local newspapers, magazines, radio and tv stations. Follow-up with phone calls. If your product has a 'hook' to it (something really unusual or creative), the media will run/report a story on it.

Pool for sure, ping pong can get boring quicker I think. Personally though I am looking to get a poker table from this site below. I used to have a pool table and was cool but hard when more people came over. Enjoy whatever ya get though! Adam-O

At that price point I don't recommend direct mail to a cold list for new customer acquisition. Simply, you'll lose money on it.

As the others said, you'd be better off finding channels like retailers, ebay, free publicity, catalogs like the in-flight ones in the airline seats, etc to carry it for you.

Also - work quick on your next product(s) - it won't be long before some loser knocks you off. Sure you have a patent, but lawyers are expensive. Only the paranoid survive.
