And if they cannot lead in that manner they need to find another job as we parents lead our children by example so why not the masses of people ???????

I think if they're a leader then they should lead. Not run around like a chicken with its head cut off.

A leader is someone who delegates authority and work in a responsible manner and sets the standard by which others perform. Bad role models produce bad results. Bad role models are not leaders, but are impediments to good leadership. If a person cannot demonstrate self-control and good moral standards, then he/she has no business in a leadership position. Proverb 25:28 says, "He that has no rule over his own spirit is like a city broken down and without walls." this is leaderless leadership in which there is no guidance and in which everything bad can and usually does happen. Bad leadership does not provide any defense against the horrors and terrors that can reek havoc. VTECH is an example of zero leadership in action. A seriously mentally ill person was allowed to remain on campus, when he should have been hospitalized in a state institution.

If parents are the examples that children follow, I now know who the cause is of the world's selfishness, egotism, greed and vanity.
