You need to talk the problem over with the person your angry with-and then forgive. Think how you would have felt if you made someone angry.

This is a hard question to answer because u don't explain why u are angry.
So I will just say this. Anger is a disease that eats at no one but you. It doesn't bother the person that you are angry with.
So, I suggest, you forgive them and move on. You don't have to forget what they did. Just file it under the category of "Lesson Learned# 300".
Also, if you do approach the person and decide to express your feelings, try not to be confrontational. Do not use the word "you" when explaining what they did. Use the word "i".
Ex: "I feel that what was done to me was not right."
NOT
"You made me feel bad because of what you did to me."

Anger can eat away at you, and that is unhealthy. You can either express your anger to the person nicely (You made me mad when you.....)
Or you can just let it go -- ask yourself, in the big scheme of things, just how important is this?
If you express your anger, you also have to ready to hear a response -- and that just might make you even more angry!
If you let it go, it can be fairly healthy. While you are angry, this person is basically controlling your emotions. You can choose to not allow that.

Process the anger appropriately.
Find a mechanism of releasing the anger in a healthy manner (e.g., journaling, hitting bed with a tennis racquet, exercising) and/or confront the person and attempt to resove the problem.

When I get angry, no matter how hot I get, I always remember that God loves a peace maker...so even if THEY started it, I forgive them, and make the peace, because after all, it would be vain for me to go hit them like i'd really like to do lol...I know that I will make my Father and Jesus happy, so that is what I do...

you should calm down and think if its even a reason to be as angry as you are...and if its over a guy...its prob not worth it and if its family..than you should deff talk to them and c what they have to say!! if its a fight with a girlfriend....come on is it really worth risking your friendship over?! in some cases though it may be...when u are calmed down enough to have a reasonable convo with who ever it is than you should talk to them and hear them out at least and c what they have to say...than make your decision as to what you want to do when you have thought through EVERYTHING! just remember live life like every day is your last!! and if you were to die tomorrow do you really just want to be fighting with someone who you car about and cares about you? when you could have been haveing a good time? its up to you!! i say talk to them when you are ready.
