Anything that you did not sign up for or ask for is not real. There's tons of that going around. I get lots of letters from Africa.

Unless you entered that lottery, I will venture to say that any letter or e-mail you get from any lottery is a scam looking to get your money, not give you some.

If they already have your address Tell them to send you a check,wait till it clears and the money is in your account thats how you know if its real or fake.

If it was one of the sweepstakes where they tell you to send a check in and they will send you your money, its a scam. Anytime they want you to send in money it's not real. You can send back the info without sending money and if you really won they will send you a check. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY!!
