Try GAS-X. I like the little green pills.

Drink milk.... It helps reduce acidity in the chest.

More fiber and roughage can help as often acidity build up is sometimes caused by the body not excreting sh*t quickly enough. A mild laxative can sometimes be enough to "clean you out" thereby preventing the build up of stomach gases.

I used to suffer the same although mine was not helped by a sweet tooth and desire for fizzy pop drinks. My girlfriend gave me a mild laxative and it stopped my burping for around a week or so, even though I was still drinking sodas.

Frequent burping can be a symptom of a more serious condition. I suggest you see your doctor and have this evaluated. It may be that the reflux (acidity) has worsened or is not being well managed by you.

try taking bicarbonate soda and mix with water it makes you burp poo and be sick you might be burping because your body needs to be sick i recently have been feeling the same.
Also are your burps smelling eggy if they are it would be because you have an upset stomach.

I do agree that a doctor's visit is in order.

What do you eat or drink in the evening? If any of the foods produce gas, you should avoid eating too close to bed time. Try to prop yourself up with pillows too.

Good luck!

This is a good website to check out for all your symptoms. Sounds like it could be acid reflux or heartburn.
