I love rides, but I find that I get nausea and sometimes actually throw up after rides, especially spinning ones. Do travel sickness tablets prevent this?

Yes they will, at least they did for me. However, the best remedy I have ever used for any ride sickness, motion sickness, nausea of any type, is Ginger tablets. Available in any drugstore or Walmarts located in the vitamin section. Try it, you'll never be nauseated again!!!

Crystalized ginger is essentially a little ginger and a lot of sugar, so if you react alright to sugar then go for it. Just make sure its real crystalized ginger and not ginger flavored. Ginger tea is a miracle for me, its cheap, but I don't think you can carry it ready made onto a plane. You can buy envelopes of it though and they will probably be willing to give you water once you take off to mix it up, and it's delicious. Good luck!

They've never worked for me.As a child i was the one forever chomping on travel sickness pills but was still sick.Ive tried them as an adult since and still no luck !

They should do because most are motion sickness pills and would prevent feeling sick from any kind of motion.

try plain old ginger ~ infused with hot water or taken in capsule form available from health food shops ~ ginger is well known to calm the stomach.

Some do, and some dont. It depends on the person. Ask your doctor which one would be best for you. ( If it is for you)
