Yes Simply Sleep, which is diphenhydramine, which is Benadryl, will knock you right out, and is safe.
I have a TV on in the bedroom and I have something on that is interesting, not boring. An interesting program will take your mind off yourself and let you drift off. A boring program won't distract you.
Dreams? None of my dreams make sense. Killing and being killed just sounds like inner anger. As long as you don't do it or want to do it in real life, you don't need to see anyone about it. The dreams will phase out in time.

First off , your nightmares might be the beginning of psychosis from sleep deprivation. So the first thing is to try and get a good night sleep first and see what that does. Next cut yourself off from anything with caffeine and/or taurine in it at least 12 hours before you want to sleep. Energy drinks, , strong tea, chocolate, pop (7-up, Squirt, and Root Beer are caffeine free.) Also the government and it's "protection" agencies are just under control of big business anymore, and neither gives a hoot about you except to extract money from you, so what we are not being told is that microwaves from your cell phone use is slowly scrambling the pre-frontal cortex of your brain, and creating other bizarre effects. Each 3 hours on a cell or cordless phone is the equivalent "zapping" of putting your head in a microwave oven for a minute. So keep cell time very limited or else get a headset and keep the phone itself away from your head,
Try this: first off make sure there are no lights on in the room or distracting noises in other parts of the house. Then get one of those "natural sounds" machines and put on the one you like "running water", crickets, waves on beach, whatever. Go to bed at least 7 hours before whatever time you need to get up by. Once you are in your comfortable sleeping position. Start counting backwards from 1000 in your mind. At some point your mind will switch back to some "worry" that you have. When you recognize that, tell yourself in your mind. "Time to sleep" and resume your backwards countdown. If you forgot where you were, then just start from 1000 again. Your mind might switch to the worry many times. remind yourself. "Sleep is more important than to worry now, Time to sleep" It will take a few times, but eventually you will abandon the worrying. keep counting backwards from 1000 in your mind. You will be asleep before you ever reach zero.

It seems that you actually do sleep rather than can`t, and the problem you have is with recurrent nightmares, this may be a sign of inner turmoil, worry or anxiety, if you find that this is the case then do not continue to keep it locked up instead talk to someone close to you about it, you see the nightmares are just the symptoms of what is much deeper.

I in my opinion similar to the mixture of Oxycontin and Xanax!! even if it truly is wisely adequate for Heath Ledger, it truly is wisely adequate for me!! Do your self a desire and take 4 of each, in order that the section is also rid of your ignorant effing questions!! Wow, i grow to be in a foul mood at the same time as I first spoke again this the day previous to this! i'm soooooo sorry!!! perchance you would possibly want to bypass to sleep with headphones, being attentive on your accepted track?? you would possibly want to study, thereby turning your uncontrollable questioning into some component that you in basic terms CAN manage. A available very last hotel may also be your necessary commonplace practitioner prescribing Ambien--I genuinely have tried it with high quality luck. once once extra, I make an apology!! i have no excuse; I in basic terms desire you'd be able to sparkling up your situation and ultimately get some peace of mind at evening time with some controllable thought!

Your stress is coming out in your dreams. Take the hour before you go to bed, and use it to destress. Do some light stretches, have a cup of herbal tea, turn the lights down low, just things that will help you destress. The lights turned low also help your natural biorhythm settle so you can sleep easier.

Try eating or drinking something with tryptophan in it...like a turkey sandwich with a glass of milk...avoid anything with caffiene in it after late afternoon...keep a sleep journal of what you eat, activities, what you watch on tv...etc...all that you do before bedtime...if that doesn't give you any clues then see your dr or a sleep specialist...problems sleeping can be due to other medical issues...good luck!

Take magnesium (there are many good brands out there) about 1 hour before you go to bed. Go to the health-foods store and try melatonin. Both have worked for me in the past.

You should do some void meditation, try to clear your mind and all negative thoughts and concentrate on thinking nothing. I had a lot of problems and couldn't sleep, and this has really helped me.
