There is none in Scripture. There is a church tradition, which says, that when John was evidently an old man in Ephesus (where tradition says St. John died), he had to be carried to the church in the arms of his disciples. At these meetings, he was accustomed to say no more than, "Little children, love one another!" After a time, the disciples wearied at always hearing the same words, asked, "Master, why do you always say this?" "It is the Lord's command," was his reply. "And if this alone be done, it is enough!"

Revelation does tell us that he was on the isle of Patmos. This is scriptural.
"Rev 1:9 I, John, your brother, who have a part with you in the trouble and the kingdom and the quiet strength of Jesus, was in the island which is named Patmos, for the word of God and the witness of Jesus. "
And it is the only reference in the Bible to Patmos.
Therefore, there is no DIRECT scriptural evidence to prove that John got off the isle of Patmos.
There are, however, INDIRECT scriptural evidence. And this requires an in-depth study of the chronology of the book of St. John when compared with the rest of the New Testament. Sorry, but the scope for THAT is beyond this forum.

John wrote in Revelations 10:11 Then I was told, “You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages and kings.” How could he do that unless he did get off the Isle of Patmos?

Facts are mute.
All that's left is tradition and lore and we all know that's unreliable.
