When someone calls you do you get billed under any curcumstance besides cell phones?

the only time you get billed when someone calls you, is when they call you collect. otherwise no you dont get billed except as you said with cell phones you use your minutes, unless you have a nextel free incoming plan

On a land line, only if you get a collect call, use your 800 option or make it a conference call to a third party.
