The problem with your request is that very often, WMA and AAC are DRM protected (i.e. encrypted so only YOUR PC can play it). If so, they cannot be converted to MP3. Unprotected WMA and AAC can easily be converted with tools such as BeLight/BeSweet.

You need media encoders. Digital editing software like Adobe Pemier come bundled with codecs that do just that. Usually, though, you would convert the mpeg file that's on your hard drive, not the one that's been written to DVD. Never tried it, but I don't think Adobe Premier can do that.
