Hmmm, Algore has a carbon footprint larger than Boise Idaho. Yet he sleeps at night because he buys 'carbon credits' from a company he owns. The Vostok ice cores show that todays tempratures are nine or so degrees above the low temps of the three most recent (in hundred thousand year terms)ice ages and a degree or more below the peak temps of 140k and 325k years ago.
The global warming movement is nothing more than the furthering of a one world government. If global warming was going to be such a catostrophic mess, why aren't the warmists calling for an outright ban on the internal combustion engine ? Because it's a hoax. Go look at the historical temprature record from the Vostok Ice Cores and see where the "earth's temprature has risen a half degree in the last one hundred years" fits in.

It's a common fallacy that the way out of global warming is introducing taxes. There are actually far more tax breaks for people and organisations that cut emissions - very roughly tax breaks outweigh tax penalties by 2 to 1.

Although the world has been warmer in the past, as your rightly say, these changes were brought about by warming periods over many thousands of years. We know what caused them, and how and why they happened so there's no surprises there. The big difference is that temperatures are now rising many times faster than anything that has ever happened in nature. If we look back to the time the current warming phase you'll see that temps have risen by 9°C in 18,000 years - one °C every 2000 years. In the last 25 years temps have risen 0.39°C, that's 31.2 times as fast as the natural rate. bear in mind that the last glacial retreat was occasioned by the maximum in natural temperature variation and over longer periods of time the current warming trend is much more dramatic.

It's worth keeping GW in perspective and not believing all the exaggerated, sensationalistic media reporting. The media tends to focus on the dramatic and ignores the mundane. We are already seeing irrefutable evidence of global warming, it would be incredibly naive to suggest otherwise. Models predict the effects will intensify over the coming decades, the current models, when run backwards, have shown themselves to be remarkably accurate, as have the models from decades ago.

Regarding the ice core samples - these prove that natural warming and cooling occurs over long periods of time and again, reinforce the fact that temperatures are currently rising at an unprecedented rate.

Don't take this the wrong way but if you want to refute global warming it's best not to use evidence that proves it's happening.

together as that's authentic that a number of the Australian wild fires have been led to by human arson the situation that climate substitute performs is in droughts that have made the australian wild factors greater liable to burning. fact is that climate substitute fashions are only that fashions, we don't have genuine "administration" planets the place we are able to attempt the end results of CO2. on the grounds that this is the only planet we've i could err on the area of warning. As for the "carbon tax ponzi scheme", while i examine out who has a monetary pastimes in this count I see carbon emitting industries with a great number of money at stake as against scientists who will make not something greater if climate substitute is broadly widely used, in fact they'll could desire to make sacrifices/pay taxes like everybody else. specific there could be an inclination between the nicely knowledgeable (as scientists have a tendency to be) to be slightly greater left leaning than the final public yet on the whole I see the PR campaigns and front agencies of the coal and oil industries because of the fact those spreading disinformation. whether carbon taxes are the suited answer is previous the scope of my monetary expertise.
