Homosexuality, meaning the acts, not the attractions to same sex, are sins of the flesh, just like masterbation, fornication, adultery, rape. You will not find any positive citations.
Some passages that present homosexual acts as serious sin are: Gen. 19:1-29, Rom. 1:24-27, 1 Cor. 6:10, 1Tim. 1:10
They are contrary to the natural law. They close the sexual act to the gift of life. They do not proceed from a genuine affective and sexual complementarity. Under no circumstances can they be approved.
On a related note, the Bible does in no way approves of unjust discrimination against people who behave in such a way.

There are verses condemning homosexuality.
There are also verses that support slavery, are anti-Semitic, and encourage believers to relegate women to second-class citizenship.
I am not trying to trash the Bible. I am simply pointing out that if we read the Bible literally we must not only conclude that homosexuality is an abomination, but also that God kills "bad" people, women should be subordinate to their husbands and stay quiet in church, etc.
I am a Christian. I obviously find meaning in the Bible not through literal readings but through reading it in the context of the time it was written.
Luke 15:1-2 [1] Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear him. [2] But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, "This man welcomes sinners and eats with them."

If you are using the Bible as your guide for this answer, the first thing you will learn in the Bible is that in the Beginning God Created. And it won't be long until you learn that in that creation Man/woman disobeyed God and the word for that is called SIN. Since the Bible says all SIN, that means everyone, and since the Bible says, we are born in SIN, their is only one retribution for that SIN, or anyones SIN and that is a SAVIOR, who was pure to pay the price for SIN. Sin is SIN. The Bible tells you what is SIN. God cannot and will not condone SIN. So your answer is NO. God could not say something good about SIN, any form of SIN. According to your source the Bible, He, (God), came in the form of man, (Son), and paid the price for all SIN, but only through repentance. Repentance means to confess the SIN and then walk away from it,,,,trying to abstain and eventually conquer that particular weakness or SIN in our lives. So again, the answer to your question is NO unequivically no, can't be...it would be a God saying its OK to SIN.

David, above, either can't read well, is lying, or engaging in wishful thinking, as homosexuals seem wont to do regarding the utterly homophobic Bible and Christian faith.
Song of Solomon is a conversation between male and female lovers: As in 1:8 "If you do not know, most beautiful of WOMEN, follow the tracks of the sheep and graze your young goats by the tents of the shepherds."
Leviticus 20:13 If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.
Romand 1:24-26 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen. Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.
1 Cor 6:9 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
The Bible has nothing good to say about unchastity in any sense. Sex is only allowed in marriage and marriage is only allowed between man and woman.
I know gays and lesbians living in a dominant Christian culture would like to explain these things away. I think a better approach is to admit the truth that Christianity historically is homophobic like many other religions and cultures and simply reject it for the baseless primitivism it is.

There is nothing wrong with homosexuality. The sad truth is that the bible has no positive remarks on it. It condemns it. But in reality there is nothing wrong with homosexuality. Don't base your life on what the bible says about it.

I'm hoping that you are looking for Scriptures to reach an individual. A lot of people zero in on certain sins as being "the worst". Homosexuality is only one of many things that will stop you from entering Heaven and from receiving the blessings God desires you to have in this life.
Those who whitewash sin show that they do not believe what God has to say nor do they truly care about their neighbour. It is a well known medical fact that the majority of homosexuals will live a much shorter life than other people and will suffer from a wide variety of needless diseases that their lifestyle has invited in.
It is written that "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world but to save the world through Him"(John 3:17) NIV
Jesus said "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."(John 10:10)NIV
Jesus also said "Just as the living Father sent Me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on Me will live because of Me."(John 6:57)NIV
"When God raised up His Servant, He sent Him first to you to bless you by turning each of you from your wicked ways." (Acts 3:26)
"Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires."(Romans 8:5)NIV
"For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live."(Romans 8:13)NIV
In the book of Romans, homosexuality is described as a consequence of failing to truly worship and praise the Creator and for failing to retain the knowledge of God.

Sorry, but nothing positive and I think you already know the negative so I won't go into that.
Homosexual behavior is a sin...but not any more unforgivable than any other sin.

The christian bible will say just about anything you want it to say. That's why there are so many successful denominations.
If you are interested, just find a christian church that endorses homosexuality.

Believe it or not, the Bible only speaks of a Man laying with another Man, it is completely silent about a woman being with another woman.
