I think it is a form of sexual harassment. The meaning of sexual harassment is if someone teases or touches you in a uncomfertable way. Do u want someone pulling your pants down? lol guess not.

It's funny to everyone else, but the victim. I mean, if they were friends, then they were just playin a joke or if he was laughing too, or couldn't care less, just let it go. But you don't want a complete stranger doing that!! If it is a guy doing it to a girl or vice versa, its definitely wrong. How do you think they feel?? Well, it IS a form of sexual harassment, though, that needs reported if the victim wasn't taking it as a joke.

It's not funny. It's mean to expose someone like that and very immature. And, yes, it should be considered a form of sexual harrassment. Your pants shouldn't be touched by anyone without your permission. Amanda

as 10 year old kids, it's kinda funny. Once into highschool it's getting a little cruel, especially in a co-ed class. Depends mostly on if its good friends playing or a bully being an @$$. If the victim takes it as a joke it's not so bad either. If it's guy to girl, WRONG

I think that it is sick and the perpetrators should be punished. It is abuse, sexual harassment, disrespectful, rude and anything else you can think of.

depends. Was it done between friends or was it done to embarrass someone.
Between friends in good fun.
To embarrass someone it's bullying.
