If you live in FL, yes they must collect sales tax. If you live in a state where the seller has a nexus, i.e. a business presence such as an office, warehouse, etc then they need to collect sales tax for your state. If neither of the above conditions is true they do not need to collect sales tax.

I think this depends on if you live in the same state. If you needed to pay sales tax, I'm sure you would have already paid it also(using a credit card). Some websites will say that people in certain states need to pay sales tax.

If you live in Florida (and if they have a sales tax), then they should be collecting it from you.
If the company has stores in your state (or more specifically sales tax nexus), even though they shipped from Florida, they should be collecting sales tax from you.
If the company doesn't have nexus you might be liable to pay use tax to your state.
Typically, the only taxpayers exempt from sales taxes are manufacturers, resellers and not-for profit entities.

It depends on what agreements your state has with Florida and if that company has a office in your state as well. Possibly not.
