From the Mayo Clinic website:
"If you've shampooed faithfully for several weeks and there's still a dusting of dandruff on your shoulders, talk to your doctor or dermatologist. You may need a prescription-strength shampoo or more aggressive treatment with a steroid lotion."

Well if it is really bad then you will probably have to get like a prescription from a doctor but if you don't want to do that try Head and Sholders it really does work but make sure you do it like the bottle says you should see an improvement! Good Luck!

There are many anti-dandrift shampoos. You just need to find one that works for you. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee if one shampoo works for me that it would work for you. I haven't tried this, but it may be worth a try. Google: anti-dandrift shampoo - go the the websites & see if they offer a free sample.

After 25 years in the profession, the best dandruff shampoo I have come across is "Actrol Shampoo by Matrix". I forced it on one of my doctor clients, and he now perscribes it to his patients. It is amazing!!!!!

Neutrogen T gel works or go to a dermatologist. What do you mean by "weird shampoos?" You need to use a medicated shampoo to get rid of it.

Head and shoulders, it works and it's not a weird shampoo. Stay out of sun and put sunscree on it if you don't have much hair.
