That yellow stuff he's puking is bile - the result of being sick on an empty stomach. As he's had his vaccinations it will not be parvo or any of those diseases - vaccinations only stop a dog getting the most common deadly illnesses, they do NOT stop a dog getting sick!

Why don't you take the dog to the vet? It's what they're there for!

Vomiting has many, many different causes. He could have swallowed something that's disagreeing with him, he could even have something lodged in his intestine. He could also have gastroenteritis. I don't think it's particularly helpful of people to say he's going to die - are these people vets? If not, how would they know!

It's also not helping your dog to ask Yahoo Answers. We can't tell you what's wrong, we haven't seen him. We can guess, but that won't make you dog better!

Take him to the vets ASAP before he gets any worse. He will probably already be dehydrated and going downhill. The vet can probably sort him out, but not if you leave it too long.

Good luck, and let us know what happened!

how old is your dog. Did he get ALL the parvo shots? (series of 3) My vet said even if you got the first or second parvo shot there is a chance of catching parvo. I don't want to make you worried and sad but there is a good chance something is definitely wrong with yout dog. (according to my vet) My puppy threw up yellow stuff (foam like) so I took him to the vet and the dr asked me if he was eating and acting fine. He was but we did many tests to see if he has parvo. He didnt. It turned out to be some parasite and worms. So if your dog is not eating that's a sign you need to take him to the vet. I usually call my vet whenever my puppy is sick. Then I ask them if I should take him in. This saves a trip to the vet if it's nothing serious. Hope things turn out fine

This happened when my dogs were about a year old. It started with one, then the other one started about a day later. It lasted a week. I just kept trying to get them to drink water...they would even vomit that back up. It went away on its own and they are both fine now. But this could be a sign of something serious...especially if it's a puppy. I think we got lucky because it resolved itself. Whatever got into their system was gone after a bit, but if things don't improve in a few days you'll need to see the vet.

That is called bile, and dogs will throw it up if it's been too long since their last meal. Have you ever waited too long to eat? You feel rather queasy, you get a headache...well dogs need to eat at regular intervals too. There are probably other reasons (is he on any medication that could be upsetting his tummy?), but since you said he's not eating, I'm guessing that's why he's throwing it up. As for the fact that he's not eating, since you don't give any other details, I'd say get him to the vet as soon as possible.

You should probably take him to the vet. Dogs have a tendency to throw up...but they shouldn't be doing it on a regular basis. It doesn't mean he is going to die! Take him to the vet..that is probably the best thing you can do.
